Dmitry B. Okun (b.1973) graduated from the Vladivostok State Medical University in 1996, PhD in Medical sciences (2000). Research associate of the laboratory of Intelligent systems at the Institute of Automation and Control Processes, Far Eastern Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
