On September 11, 2018 the delegation of the People’s Government of the Litsian District, Qingdao (People's Republic of China) headed by Mr. Wang Xijing – the Secretary of Litsian District Committee - visited IACP FEB RAS.

Qingdao is one of the largest regional economic and military centers of China. The city has the largest foreign trade port of China, the nodal participant of strategy "One belt – one way", developing new mechanisms of economic cooperation, scientific and cultural exchange between China and the countries of Europe.

In the International Academic Park located near Litsian District, Qingdao, more than 30 famous domestic and foreign scientists take part in complex hi-tech projects. To involve highly qualified specialists the whole package of measures is implemented. "In particular, - Mr. Wang Xijing told, - we plan to sign the Memorandum of Strategic Cooperation between the Qingdao International Academic Park and FEB RAS at the East Economic Forum-2018".

Visit of IAPU FEB RAS by such representative delegation and the excursion around Institute allowed guests to obtain detailed information on the main directions of scientific activity of institute and the last results of scientific research, to estimate its potential, to find the directions of cooperation perspective for both parties.
